Dave Sislen
Dave Sislen is the president of Bristol Capital Corporation, a multifaceted real estate investment and management firm which he co-founded in 1986. Among its more significant activities, Bristol Capital has: Prior to founding Bristol Capital, Mr. Sislen was a senior vice president of CRI Inc., a national real estate investment firm, where his responsibilities included the development, acquisition, and syndication of more than $650 million of commercial real estate assets. Among his professional endeavors, Mr. Sislen is a: Mr. Sislen earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Tulane University.

G. David Fensterheim
David Fensterheim is a principal in the law firm of Fensterheim & Bean, P.C., where his practice focuses on clients seeking to realize opportunities in distressed assets. From 1985 to 1989, Mr. Fensterheim was a senior vice president and general counsel of the J.E. Roberts Companies, a national real estate asset management/capital recovery firm specializing in the resolution of assets for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and federal institutions. Prior to joining the J.E. Roberts Companies, Mr. Fensterheim was an associate with the law firm of Williams & Connolly.

Mr. Fensterheim is a founder of, and counsel to, the Real Estate Capital Recovery Association, a national trade association of real estate asset management and capital recovery firms. He is also author of “A Guide to Contracting with the Resolution Trust Corporation,” a reference guide to doing business with the Resolution Trust Corporation. Licensed to practice before Washington, D.C. since 1981, Mr. Fensterheim holds a J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Yale University.

Andrew New
Andrew New has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1984. Mr. New has been a principal of Bristol Capital Corporation, a real estate investment and advisory firm based in Bethesda, Maryland, since its inception in 1986. His primary responsibilities include the acquisition, development, management, financing and financial modeling of Bristol Capital’s assets and potential acquisitions. Mr. New also holds primary responsibility within Bristol Capital for the asset management of the company’s portfolio. Prior to joining Bristol Capital, Mr. New was employed by the Artery Organization, a developer of residential properties, and CRI, Inc.

Within Farragut Group, Mr. New has primary responsibility for the real estate and finance analysis for each client. Mr. New holds a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Brown University.

Donald Bean, Jr.
Donald “Skip” Bean is a principal of Fensterheim & Bean, P.C. Since 2005, he also has served as chief executive officer of Global Recovery Group, which provides international commercial debt recovery services to the Export -Import Bank of the United States, the Overseas Private Investment Corp, and other international credit institutions. GRG has handled over $1 billion of claims in 70 countries around the world. His decades of experience are instrumental to Farragut Group’s success including: Mr. Bean earned a J.D., M.B.A., and B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania Bars.
